Providing consultative support to the project teams on right Delivery practices in Project Management, Engineering and Operations
Monitoring of Delivery Performance through independent audits, assessments and reviews
Provide consultative support for Proactive Prediction & continuous improvement of Delivery Performance
Manage Customer Satisfaction Process – Getting Customer Feedback, Working with delivery team on Improvement Actions
Drive compliance of mandatory processes
