Job Description

Shift: Rotational

Provide attention to detail while processing commercial claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating.

Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review.
Conduct data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service
Consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals that are aligned with corporate objectives.
Examine documents for completeness, accuracy.
