Other Skills: • Deep Supply chain SCM and multi-industry experience like Manufacturing, Retail and Pharmaceutical and worked on Management Reporting, SCM, Commercial / Pricing, Working capital Analytics
• Knowledge of key SCM metrics & processes such as supplier scorecard, productivity, OTD, DOH etc
• Demand Management includes statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning

• Proven Supply Chain SCM business reporting across brands/categories is a must
• Experience in managing large SCM organization on service delivery with strong leadership skills
• Experience maintaining strategic relationships with business partners, suppliers or customers
• Should have experience in Connected planning in Anaplan in areas of Sales forecasting, Cash flow Forecasting, Workforce planning, etc.
• Experience in adaptive insights through planning process across functions – Finance, Supply chain, etc.
• Exposure to Large Data change management projects, experience in managing programs involving source Data Engineering with ability to understand simple to intermediate data flow and landscape
• Experience in managing large data set – wrangling, cleansing, enabling for down stream systems through ETL tools – Alteryx, Talend, KNIME, etc.

• Drive SCM operations for a business unit having large number global clients spanning multiple industry verticals
• Monitor and report key Operations KPIs for the business (O&M Cost, Appointments & Cancellations, Dealer metrics, controllable & uncontrollable, payouts, truck roll metrics etc)
• Tracking & Monitoring of Demand & Supply metrics, key performance indicators (e.g. Bookings, Backlogs, On time delivery, Inventory Health, Freight & Warehouse Cost) in coordination with departments in charge;
• Work cross-functionally with Supply chain, Quality & Operations team to coordinate & align data, and to ensure accuracy & consistency which result in key actions for management response for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring of other key performance indicators (e.g. service levels, quality of forecasts, headcount/productivity) in coordination with departments in charge;
• Producing Weekly, monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively;
• Analyzing the gaps, check data consistency, challenge results, identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget’s targets;
• Following up on the financial impact of key initiatives / projects and evaluate the results;
• Helping to identify opportunities to optimize costs and performance;
• Engage with clients across multiple regions, identify their business problems and deploy relevant solutions solving their SCM challenges
• Solve clients’ business problems through packaged solutions using the latest technologies from Digital, Cloud and Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics
• Partner with clients and participate / Lead in strategic programs including decisions on Make vs. Buy, Pricing, NPI, New Investments etc.
• Recommend solution in client projects for long range planning / annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and other strategic projects etc.
• Drive Functional Transformation programs for clients in the areas of Management Reporting, Advanced Analytics, Report Automation etc.
• Design innovative products & solutions to solve challenges that clients face in SCM
• Work closely with solution lead on large scale SCM analytics programs for multiple clients and drive business benefits in the areas of Working Capital, Sales, Pricing, CAPEX etc.
• Be a Team player within the peer group of Analytics specialists (Data Scientists, AI / ML specialists etc.) and SCM SMEs (Analysts, Business Partners, Storytellers) and deploy outstanding Analytics products and solutions for clients
• Identify requirements from existing clients and/or new opportunities, collaborate closely with cross functional teams, curate large & complex deals and drive growth in SCM Analytics and Transformation
• Identify new markets for growing SCM and devise strategies for growth through redefined org models, new transformation services, modern technologies etc.
