Job Description

Shift: Rotational

Update the unbilled actual balances on a weekly basis (from DRT file), adding new inflows from DRT
Send out weekly dashboard
Update Unbilled inflows from MyOrders model
Quarterly billed unbilled reclass & review with Operations team to identify new cases
Update Public certification cycle time template –> Formulas
Update HMC certification cycle time template –> Formulas
Update actual certification progress file –> Compare with last weeks ILD to see the movement for invoices
Update overall AR & Certified AR table –> Pivots
Update the AR landscape tab in Equip uncertified AR review template on a monthly basis to identify new invoices to be certified and add it to the file
Update Public certification cycle time template –> Formulas
Update CCB File –> attaching SOP in next tab
Update comments from prior week’s file for tickets
Update SVC Uncertified AR template after getting certification commitment and share the uncertified & uncommitted invoices with Ali, Eyad & Bhavana
Data maintenance required particularly for following fields (Private/Public, Customer category, Business Segment, Due date, Certification status, date of invoices certified Pre WD period)
Work with WD and ILD Digitization IT team to address any issues highlighted by Cash, HMC and Cash Ops team
Ensuring accuracy/maintenance of EM disputes on GECARS
Estimate Quarterly balances for CFOA Components
