Job Description

Manage a portfolio of Prime customers with an objective of enhancing and deepening their relationship with the Bank by regularly contacting the customers on Phone. Carry out profiling of customers and carry out cross-selling of the products identified for the customers. Identify opportunities in the portfolio so as to enhance product penetration and portfolio quality. Service customers on their Banking related enquiries. Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring on their account, product or process related information. Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.
