Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
Making enhanced outbound calls provided by the company
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of our Training offerings
Analysing the customer requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
Achieving sales targets by selling training to the target audience and growing more business from referrals
Creating and managing database of existing and new clients
Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
Adhering to quality standards
Follow up with incoming leads
